      • Events for up to 90 people.

        • $250 /hr + catering costs. (2 hour minimum)
        • $250 deposit due at time of reservation agreement

    • Community Room
      • Can hold up to 18. 
        • omfortable seating at the conference table for up to 12.
      • Cost for registered 501 (c) 3:
        • $25 /hr. (2 hour minimum)
        • $40 deposit due at time of reservation agreement
          • This includes the first hour and $15 set-up fee.
      • Cost for Private Parties:
        • $55/hr. (2 hour minimum)
        • $55 deposit due at time of reservation agreement.
          • This includes the first hour and $15 set-up fee.

  • Why is there a different price for non-profits?
    • Café at 407 was founded as a sustainable revenue stream for Ophelia’s Place: a a nonprofit dedicated to changing the culture and conversation around eating disorders, body image and body dissatisfaction.
    • Offering a discount to other non-profits in the community is one of the ways we continue to partner with the mission of Ophelia’s Place and the broader network of support and community activism.
  • What services are included in the reservation?
    • Catering: full service catering with free consultation and custom menu.
    • Community Room: ice water only.
      • Room can be configured based on needs.
  • Is there a cancellation fee?
    • The initial deposit is refundable up to 1 week until the event. 1 week before the event, the initial deposit becomes non-refundable. 
  • Do you require a contract?
    • We do not have an official contract, but we do have a memo of understanding, outlining the rental agreement.
  • Can I be in the Community Room when the café is closed?
    • No, due to staffing requirements, the Community Room is only available for rental when the café is open.
  • Can I bring in outside food?
    • No, we offer a full service in-house catering and bakery service to fill all of your food and drink needs.
      • Parties can order off of the existing menu or create a custom menu.
  • What are some of the menu options you have?

      • $16.95 for 1st carafe
      • $14.95 for all other carafes.
